The Massassi Group was a Rebel cell that was led by General Jan Dodonna. It was one of the largest cells to fight against the Galactic Empire and included numerous starfighter squadrons, such as Gold Squadron. Their flagship was the Nebulon-B Escort Frigate, Vanguard.
