Robin Atkin Downes is an English screen actor and voice actor, who is known for his work in live action, animation and video games.
He is best known for his roles in The Conjuring 2, The Strain and How to Train Your Dragon.
Downes reprises his role as Cham Syndulla in the second season and the third season of Star Wars Rebels, a character he previously voiced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.[1]
